Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Kendri Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policies below to understand your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.
Cancellations
- Order Adjustment Timeframe: You have up to 6 hours after placing your order to modify or cancel it. This allows us to efficiently process and ship orders.
- How to Cancel or Modify: Contact our support team at offers@kendrishop.com with your order number and relevant details.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please wait to receive the package and then request a return according to our return policy.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@kendrishop.com if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at offers@kendrishop.com.
Additional Notes
We do not issue refunds if:
- The item fails to arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the guaranteed delivery window (44 days) has expired.
